Exercises for Men: Larger Penis & Longer Lasting Sex

Many of us have heard of female Kegel exercises, while little is heard about male Kegel exercises and the benefits that can be gained. When a man can control his ejaculation. His penis often swells in size from increased blood flow making it larger and more fulfilling for his partner. This takes the sexual gratification to a new level.

Kegel exercises are penis exercises to help improve a number of sexual and man related issues. They help with stronger ejaculations, controlling the direction of erection, volume of semen, healthier prostate, urine leakage, and others but most important a longer lasting hard penis.

Kegel’s are done by stopping and starting urinating during mid stream. Once you have found the muscle you can practice anywhere. Start by squeezing and holding it as long as you can. You will have to work up to it but once you can hold a Kegel tight for 10 seconds you should be able to control your ejaculation.
To stop your ejaculation during sex wait until you are about to burst and you feel the semen begin to rush, hold a tight Kegel for 10 seconds or longer if needed, once the feeling has passed let go of the Kegel. Your penis will swell more and become larger from blood flow making it unforgettable to your partner and you get to last longer making her happy.

Kegel exercises give your penis the ability to hop up and down, by contracting the muscle it raises and lowers the penis. This is can be fun in both foreplay and once inside your partner. During foreplay use your penis as an enticer. Show off your skills making it bounce to get a big smile out of your partner. When they perform fellatio play a little game of cat and mouse with it. Or the best part is when you are inside your partner Kegel and make it bounce; you can tap just the right spots inside and can give each of you immense orgasms. Be careful because if you Kegel too much while inside, it might make your penis tired and would won’t be able to finish.

You don’t want to Kegel every day. It is possible to over work the muscle and this can make you ejaculate faster, you need to rest it. The key is to start slow and work your way up.
