Exercise is a must for all women but many do not know about exercises for your vagina. Vagina’s go through a lot of work: childbirth, penises, toys. Especially after childbirth nothing tends to feel the same or as good as before. Well, there is help for that. Kegel exercises help tighten up the vagina. All the muscles in the vagina benefit from Kegel exercises thus making it a tighter fit for your partner and making sex even more pleasurable.
Kegels are simple to do; it’s the duration of the exercise that is tricky. The easiest way to learn to Kegel is to stop and start urinating in mid stream. Once you realize the muscle you need to use, you can do Kegel’s anywhere, anytime. There are many patterns of Kegel exercises but the most beneficial is to hold the tightening for as long as you can before you let go. Over time keep building up to longer holding times.
Start by squeezing the muscles and count to 4. Then relax for 4. Make sure you are not contacting your thigh or butt muscles. You want to really focus on the vagina. Once you are able to do the exercise for 5 minutes twice a day then you can increase to an 8 count. The key is to go slow, relax, and build up. Just think of all the great sex you’re going to have. Don’t worry no one can tell you are doing the Kegel’s so you can work on the anywhere and don’t forget to go slow and relax the muscles, doing Kegel’s quickly have a tendency make you sexually aroused.
