How do you Use Lube?

• Pour a small amount onto your fingers and then spread it on your toy, or your partner and on yourself.  If it’s cold, pour it into the palm of your hand first and breathe warm air onto it to warm it.
• Start at the top!  Rub your fingers over the head and down the shaft if it’s a vibrator, masturbation sleeve, erection ring, dildo or penis.
• Start at the clit and rub the lube down into the vagina, around the labia and inside the vagina as well.
• If you find the lube absorbs and leaves you or your partner or toy dry again, that’s okay.  Simply grab some more and start at the top again!

How Much Lube is Too Much?
