Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
We cannot credit returns of certain items, including:
For health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on lotions, novelties, marital aids, panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its new/original condition, is damaged, or is without all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Any perishable item, unless defective or misshipped.
For Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error or manufacturer defect. For all other items, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Method
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Issuing Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a check will be issued.
