Description
Wonderful rich color in a lightweight chandelier earring. Gold-filled chain is handwired with two tiny dangles of deep orange carnelian leading to a central drop with dark red faceted garnet teardrop. The faceted garnet teardrops are approx. 1/4" long. Autumn colors that will look fabulous year-round! The earrings measure approx. 2" below gold-filled earwires.
Carnelian will turn color from brown to red when left in the sun. The carnelian is used for protection and against being overcome by fear and sorrow. It is thought to help with physical strength and sexual energy, it is also used to ward off evil thoughts, jealousies, and psychic attacks. Also use it to balance creativity and mental processes.
